CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
& STORE LAYOUT The first step is the translation of the creative concept into functional structures that can be produced using industrial and artisanal methods. Once the furnishings have been defined, we design the fit out of the store according to the guidelines provided by the client. Engineering Every detail is analysed and optimised to maximise value throughout the supply process. The goal is to achieve the defined result with the best use of resources. Project Management The progress of the project is monitored by a dedicated project manager who is responsible for guaranteeing that deadlines are respected and that the results meet the client's expectations. Mockup A large area in the new factory is dedicated to the preparation and testing of prototypes, samples and mockups. In this area, customers can simulate a pilot layout, and evaluate real-life functionality, finishes and display solutions. Manufacturing The production department is a place where traditional and innovative materials meet, and advanced technologies and ancient processes come together. Skilled artisans and industrial robots transform and assemble wood, metal, glass, plastics, leather and fabrics to create original and exclusive furnishings. Logistics & installation We manage all logistics aspects, optimising the transport of goods and people to any part of the world. Installation is entrusted to specialised teams who assemble the furnishings and integrate them with the various systems and architectural elements present.
